The Winslow Difference

Winslow is a family-owned and family-run company, even as a national multi-million-dollar leader in civil construction. For over 35 years, we’ve built our reputation by keeping as much as possible in-house, putting our people in our machines and creating careers that last.

We hire for the long term, not just a single project. When you join Winslow, you can count on job security, a strong pipeline of work, and a team that values safety, growth, and your future. Many of our leaders, including our third in charge of the entire company, started as labourers with Winslow. It’s proof of our commitment to promoting from within and giving you the tools and opportunity to build a career from the ground up.

We also invest in your future with a dedicated operator trainer team and onsite trainers committed to helping you upskill. From gaining mobile plant tickets to hands-on machine experience, we give you the support to become a multiskilled operator if that’s the path you want to take.
