Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne’s vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our high performing team

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with strong Jobpac knowledge to join our finance team. This role will suit someone who understands end-to-end AP processes, Jobpac workflows, and the importance of managing supplier payments to support project cashflow. The role is fast-paced, detail-focused, and highly collaborative and office based in Port Melbourne.
Your key role responsibilities would be:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing using Jobpac
- Matching invoices to purchase orders, commitments and docket data
- Cashflow management — planning weekly payment cycles, prioritising payments, and working closely with Finance to support accurate cashflow forecasting
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving supplier queries efficiently
- Processing supplier credits, payment runs, and maintaining account accuracy
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring timely payment cycles
- Supporting month-end processes including AP accruals and cost reporting
- Collaborating with Project Administrators, Site teams and Finance to streamline AP workflows
- Assisting in continuous improvement of AP processes, including Jobpac + Docketbook integration
Here’s what we are looking for…
- Minimum 2–3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Must have Jobpac experience — accounts payable module, commitments, cost codes, invoice matching
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume invoice environments
- Experience in civil construction or project-based industries highly regarded
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and support continuous improvement
