Your Role at Winslow

Winslow now has opportunities for multi-skilled plant operators to join projects in various suburbs around Brisbane. These are full-time roles offering above-award hourly rates, allowances, and perks like RDO accruals and annual leave.

We aren’t just looking for everyday operators; we want people passionate about the civil industry, with tenacity, drive, and ambition to grow within our company. Winslow’s preference is to foster and promote internally.

We are seeking operators with experience across two or more of the following machines:

• Water Cart (pavement experience preferred)
• Scraper
• Roller
• Excavator
• Compactor

Final trim or GPS experience is advantageous but not essential.

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate a variety of civil machinery safely and efficiently, treating the machine like its your own.
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to keep equipment in top condition
• Deliver high-quality earthworks including pavement preparation, bulk excavation, trenching, backfilling, compaction, and more
• Read and interpret plans confidently
• Pitch in when needed with manual handling and labouring tasks to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating civil machinery
• Two or more machine tickets preferred
• Ability to provide references to support your experience
• White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
