Your Role at Winslow
Winslow now has opportunities for multiple skilled and experienced GPS Operators to join us on projects located in various suburbs around Brisbane. These are full-time roles offering above-award hourly rates, allowances, and perks like RDO accruals and annual leave.

We aren’t just looking for everyday operators; we want people passionate about the civil industry, with tenacity, drive, and ambition to grow within our company. Winslow’s preference is to foster and promote internally.

We are seeking operators with GPS experience across one or more of the following machines:

• Excavator
• Grader
• Dozer
• Compactor

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, treating the equipment like it’s your own
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to keep equipment in top condition
• GPS use
• Deliver high-quality earthworks including bulk excavation, trenching, backfilling, final trim, and compaction
• Read and interpret plans confidently
• Pitch in when needed with manual handling and labouring tasks to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating civil machinery (Excavator, Grader, Dozer, Compactor)
• GPS experience essential for at least one machine type
• Ability to provide references to support your experience
• Current operating tickets for relevant machines
• White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
