Your Role at Winslow
Winslow has an opportunity for an experienced final trim GPS grader operator to join our team on civil projects across Ipswich, Logan and Brisbane’s southern suburbs.

This is a full-time position offering above-award hourly rates, allowances, RDO accruals and annual leave.

We are specifically seeking an operator who takes pride in high-quality final trim work, understands precision and can consistently deliver a clean, finished product. Winslow is committed to developing and promoting from within and we are looking for someone seeking long-term stability with a reputable civil contractor.

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate a GPS grader carrying out high-quality final trim work
• Complete gravel trimming and finishing, including trimming around kerbs and tight tolerances
• Consistently achieve approximately 800 to 1000 tonne of trimmed and finished work per shift, depending on site conditions
• Read and interpret plans and set-outs confidently
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
• Operate safely and efficiently, treating the machine as your own
• Assist with general site tasks when required to support the crew

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a final trim GPS grader operator
• Strong experience with gravel works and kerb trimming
• High attention to detail with pride in finish and accuracy
• Ability to provide recent references supporting final trim experience
• Current grader ticket
• GPS experience essential
• White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
