Your Role at Winslow
Winslow now has the opportunity for multiple skilled and experienced Site Supervisors to join us on projects located in the Moreton Bay area. These are full-time positions offering above-award hourly rates, site allowances, and benefits such as RDO accruals and annual leave.
We aren’t just looking for everyday supervisors; we want people passionate about the civil industry, with tenacity, drive, and ambition to lead and deliver quality outcomes. We are seeking supervisors with proven experience in all of the following areas:
- Utilities
- Civil works
- Traffic management
- Temporary works
- TMR exposure
Your Day-to-Day
- Take pride in leading site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standard
- Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction works, from planning through to completion
- Provide hands-on leadership to achieve key targets across safety, quality, budget, productivity, and plant utilisation
- Prepare and maintain short-term construction programs (2 weeks ahead) to keep projects on track
- Monitor and report on KPI performance, driving continuous improvement across the site
- Manage labour, plant resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations
- Complete daily site administration tasks accurately and on time

- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within civil construction
- Proven experience across utilities, civil works, traffic management, temporary works, and TMR projects
- Ability to provide references to support your experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- White Card and valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Relevant qualifications in civil construction or project management (advantageous)
- Various plant machinery tickets (advantageous)
