Your Role at Winslow

Winslow is seeking  Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our growing civil delivery teams. These roles are predominantly based across projects in Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast, and Northern NSW/Southern Gold Coast region.

Working on urban subdivision and civil infrastructure projects, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of works from construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

These are full-time, permanent salaried positions, offering a competitive package including a work vehicle, phone, and long-term career development opportunities within a national civil contractor.

 

 

 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assisting with planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction works 
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities 
  • Interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documentation 
  • Supporting cost control, forecasting, and procurement activities 
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with program, quality, and safety requirements 
  • Conducting site inspections and supporting quality assurance processes 
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders 
  • Contributing to reporting, progress tracking, and project documentation 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent 
  • Experience in a Site Engineer or Project Engineer role within civil construction 
  • Exposure to subdivision, bulk earthworks, or civil infrastructure projects 
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing 
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills 
  • Current driver’s license 
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment
