Your Role at Winslow

Winslow is currently seeking experienced Concreters and Concrete Labourers to join our Concrete Maintenance Crew across projects throughout South East Queensland.

These are full-time, permanent opportunities offering above-award hourly rates, allowances, RDO accruals, and annual leave. From day one, you’ll be a full-time Winslow employee, no more casual or labour-hire uncertainty. You will be involved in a variety of small to medium concrete works, supporting the delivery and maintenance of essential civil infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in concreting or heavy labouring role
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Current driver’s license and reliable transport is ESSENTIAL
• White Card
• Ability to complete pre-employment medical and D&A
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to provide references to support your experience

Your Day-to-Day

• Footpaths, driveways, kerbs, gutters and drains
• Use of hand and power tools
• Small to medium concrete pours
• Formwork, boxing and base prep
• Cutting out damaged concrete
• Setting levels, string lines, falls for drainage
• Pouring, screeding, troweling and finishing concrete
• General labouring support
• Maintain safe and clean worksites
