Join Winslow Built with Integrity, More Than Just a Job

At Winslow, you’re not just an employee, you’re part of a family that values and supports you. We believe in helping you grow, succeed, and achieve your career goals through hands-on learning and an inclusive culture built on integrity and respect.

We started with one person’s passion and have grown into a trusted leader in civil construction. Our team is known for building outstanding infrastructure and sustainable communities safely and innovatively. At Winslow, you’ll be empowered to perform at your best and be part of something extraordinary.

The Winslow Difference

Winslow is a family-owned and family-run company, even as a national multi-million-dollar leader in civil construction. For over 35 years, we’ve built our reputation by keeping as much as possible in-house, putting our people in our machines and creating careers that last.

We hire for the long term, not just a single project. When you join Winslow, you can count on job security, a strong pipeline of work, and a team that values safety, growth, and your future. Many of our leaders, including our third in charge of the entire company, started as labourers with Winslow. It’s proof of our commitment to promoting from within and giving you the tools and opportunity to build a career from the ground up.

We also invest in your future with a dedicated operator trainer team and onsite trainers committed to helping you upskill. From gaining mobile plant tickets to hands-on machine experience, we give you the support to become a multiskilled operator if that’s the path you want to take.

Your Role at Winslow

Winslow now has multiple opportunities for experienced civil labourers to join our projects across South East Queensland. These are full-time roles offering above-award hourly rates, allowances, and perks like RDO accruals and annual leave.

We aren’t just looking for everyday labourers; we want people passionate about the civil industry, with tenacity, drive, and ambition to grow within our company. From day one, you’ll be a full-time Winslow employee, no more casual or labour-hire uncertainty. Plus, with projects spread across South East Queensland, we can place you on a site close to home to help reduce travel time.
