THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors expert to join the team based in Campbellfield/Essendon Fields.

Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will:

  • Assist with the implementation and embedding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

  • Work with all SAP stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure delivery milestones are met

  • Triage SAP system risks and issues

  • Professionally represent the Project Team in meetings with stakeholders

  • Help users to grow knowledge and self-serve common problems

  • Report back to the business on systems status, in flight projects and support activities

  • Creating / supporting story reports and assisting in the development of reports

  • Assist Implementation of SAP modules

  • Configure, test and implement system workflows and processes

  • Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the system

  • Conduct Audits and ensure the integrity and accuracy of Success Factors data

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • HR systems and/or IT qualifications advantageous

  • At least 2 years of technical experience with SAP Success Factors preferably within a large organization

  • Working rights in Australia

  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver licence

  • High level of verbal and written communication

  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Organized with excellent time management skills

  • Proactive and solution focused

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confidentiality

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Team orientated
